Do you offer International Shipping?

We do not currently offer shipping internationally.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We ship all of our orders with FedEx and USPS, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

When will my order ship?

Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation, shipping
carriers have received an influx in shipping volume causing short carrier
delays. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the
shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not
guaranteed.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center at 2882 Whiptail Loop E. Suite 150, Carlsbad, CA 92010.

Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx Home Delivery or USPS and they do deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout.

Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
